Vector Brewing is teaming up with Bolivian-born chef Gigliola “Gigi” Zimmermann for a unique, gastronomic journey through her homeland, with an emphasis on the region’s comforting and flavorful soups. Incorporating indigenous ingredients and techniques throughout the menu, you’ll experience a rare glimpse into Bolivia’s diverse cuisine. Each course will be expertly paired with a different beer from Vector, with head brewer Tomás Gutierrez creating an array of never-before-tasted beers brewed exclusively for this dinner.

The price includes tax and gratuity, a few stories from Chef Gigi Zimmermann, our head brewer Tomás Gutierrez, and a guaranteed great time. As always, any additional tip the night of the dinner is most appreciated.
ABOUT CHEF GIGI Z
Gigliola (Gigi) Zimmermann serves as a dinner and cooking class private chef, advisor, and chef consultant to restauranteurs in the Dallas food and hospitality industry.
Gigi gained a strong reputation as a high-quality chef in the fine-dining space after founding and running Joyce & Gigi's kitchen for five years – specializing in modern South American cuisine.
Gigi graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and started her career working for celebrity chef Dean Fearing at the Ritz Carlton in Dallas. She went on to work at Martin Berasategui in Spain, a III Michelin Star restaurant, ranked #13 while she worked there. Gigi then spent time working at Aeschbach Chocolatier in Switzerland. She also spent time with celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck at 560 Reunion Tower, Dallas, and lastly at the Stoneleigh (now Le Méridien) Hotel, Dallas under chef de cuisine David Bull.
These experiences and international travel refined Gigi's culinary knowledge and skills in food, customer service, and operations for the hospitality industry.
