Our chef has been working on some very fun recipes for those with adventurous taste buds.
We’ll have standard pizzas like margarita, meat, and mixed. But we’ll also have some unique pies like:
Forager’s Dream with portobello mushrooms, balsamic onions, kale pesto, butternut squash, toasted pine nuts, and bits of chèvre
The Wildcat featuring a hot sauce brushed crust, spicy red sauce, marinated & fried popcorn chicken, mozzarella blend, buttermilk garlic aioli, and horseradish pickle relish
Good Living with prosciutto, pear, gorgonzola, rosemary olive oil, fig sauce, and dressed arugula
Our menu will change seasonally to keep things interesting. We’ll also feature gourmet salads, calzones, and appetizers. And there will be plenty of vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options, as well.
