Our chef has been working on some very fun recipes for those with adventurous taste buds.
We’ll have standard pizzas like margarita, meat, and mixed. But we’ll also have some unique pies like:
Forager’s Dream with portobello mushrooms, balsamic onions, kale pesto, butternut squash, toasted nuts and bits of chèvre
Nashville Hot AF with spicy red sauce, hot sauce brushed crust, marinated popcorn chicken, mozzarella blend, buttermilk garlic aioli and a horseradish pickle relish
Prosciutto Pie with a rosemary olive oil base, fresh mozzarella, dressed arugula, fig sauce and parmesan shavings
Our menu will change seasonally to keep things interesting. We’ll also feature gourmet salads, calzones, and appetizers. And there will be plenty of vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options, as well.
