In addition to house-brewed beer and a selection of fine wines, we will also cater to the non-alcoholic crowd.

Beer isn't your only option.

Beer isn't your only option.

  • A rotating tap of ciders

  • Cold brew coffee on tap

  • Kombucha tea on draft

  • Bottles of craft sodas including root beer, Jarritos, and more

  • Topo Chico, obviously

And what goes better with beer than pizza?

Our chef has been working on some very fun recipes for those with adventurous taste buds.

We’ll have standard pizzas like margarita, meat, and mixed. But we’ll also have some unique pies like:

  • Forager’s Dream with portobello mushrooms, balsamic onions, kale pesto, butternut squash, toasted pine nuts, and bits of chèvre

  • The Wildcat featuring a hot sauce brushed crust, spicy red sauce, marinated & fried popcorn chicken, mozzarella blend, buttermilk garlic aioli, and horseradish pickle relish

  • Good Living with prosciutto, pear, gorgonzola, rosemary olive oil, fig sauce, and dressed arugula

Our menu will change seasonally to keep things interesting. We’ll also feature gourmet salads, calzones, and appetizers. And there will be plenty of vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options, as well.

I haven’t met a single person person that has had a bad thing to say about Vector Brewing.
